Dr. Justin E. Palmer was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. In 2002, he graduated from Winter Park High School where he played lacrosse and was named an Academic All-American. Dr. Palmer was accepted to the University of Florida’s honors program. In 2007, he graduated with cum laude honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering.

Following graduation from the University of Florida, Dr. Palmer began a brief career as a chemical engineer in Lakeland. After shadowing many area dentists, including Dr. Rampi, Dr. Palmer decided to switch fields and pursue his interest in dentistry. He was admitted to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2010 and entered the Air Force through the highly competitive Health Professions Scholarship Program in 2011.

While in dental school, Dr. Palmer received numerous honors and awards, including the Alpha Omega Award, which is given to the #1 ranking student in a class of 117 individuals. He was awarded his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree with summa cum laude honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society in 2014.
